Do you have a minimum charge to come out?
Yes, we charge an hour minimum on all service calls.
Do you charge drive time?
Yes, time starts from when our tech leaves our shop, gets to your location to troubleshoot, and back to our shop, this is all in that hour minimum charge.
How much are your estimates?
Our estimates are free, though a trip fee is to be charged for all no call/no show estimation appointments.
Do you give any discounts?
Yes, we give a 5% discount to seniors and veterans.
Do you have financing options?
Yes, we have a financing option through Wisetack for anything over $500. For any amount under $500 that you need a payment plan set up for please call our office to go over options.
Do you charge on site?
No, we don't charge on site. We will send you an invoice via mail and email, usually within a week after service is completed.
What is your net for payment?
We are net30.
What does a service call entail?
A service call typically entails troubleshooting or doing small tasks such as changing out a light.
What does an estimate entail?
Most often estimates entail our estimator coming on site to lay eyes on the job and get an estimated cost put together for you. Estimates are typically only scheduled for bigger jobs such as panel changes or remodels.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all towns between Grandview, WA and Cle Elum, WA.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, this can change depending on holidays.
Do you offer weekend appointments?
Not typically. We do have a 24/7 emergency line with an on-call tech for anytime. If you're in need of assistance on a weekend give us a call.
Do you require a down payment for accepted estimates?
Yes, we do. We will request at least a 50% deposit of the total estimated job by the date of scheduled work.
Do you charge fees for paying with card?
No, we don't charge any card processing fees.
What are your rates?
Estimates Free; for qualifying scope and upon request
Residential - $130 per hour per tech
Commercial - $140 per hour per tech
Overtime for Residential - $195 per hour per tech
Overtime for Commercial - $210 per hour per tech
Please note: All calls charged at an hour minimum. Any time exceeding one hour will be billed in half-hour intervals
